We first collect the main operating information: load weight, dimensions, load center, lifting height, working surface and destination market.

Forklift Selection

Based on the information provided, we recommend a suitable capacity and machine configuration.

If the standard model does not match the application, we review possible changes to the mast, fork, attachment, tire or other components.

Production

Once the technical configuration is confirmed, the forklift enters production according to the approved specification.

Components and customized requirements are assembled before final testing.

Testing

Before shipment, basic machine functions are checked, including travel, steering, lifting, tilting, braking and hydraulic attachment operation where applicable.

For selected heavy-duty projects, load testing can also be arranged according to the confirmed requirement.
