The 10 Ton Forklift Truck is one of the CPCD100 models we supply for regular industrial work. Once a machine starts operating every day, the questions from customers are usually different from those asked during quotation. Attention moves from specifications to maintenance hours, tire condition, hydraulic leaks, brake response and whether replacement parts can be identified quickly when they are needed.
Service work also depends on how the truck is actually used. A machine running a short daytime shift does not accumulate working hours in the same way as one used across two shifts. Keeping the Truck in Service
Daily checks do not need to be complicated. Operators are normally the first people to notice a tire losing pressure, a new hydraulic leak, an unusual sound or a change in brake response. Those small observations are useful because they give the maintenance team something specific to inspect.
For the engine and other scheduled service items, working hours are a better reference than simply saying the truck has been in use for a certain number of months. The maintenance chart supplied with the machine can be used together with the actual operating hours of the forklift.
A truck working longer shifts naturally reaches service points sooner. In that case, it is better to plan routine work around the real hour meter rather than wait until a problem interrupts production.
When You Need a Part
