Product Details
The 12 Ton Air Conditioned Forklift is the closed-cab version of our CPCD120 diesel forklift. We receive this requirement most often from customers in regions where high outdoor temperatures are part of normal daily operation.
The lifting machine itself does not become a different type of forklift because a cabin is fitted. The difference is the operator's working space.
For customers who already know that the truck will spend much of its time outside, an enclosed cab with air conditioning is often specified directly in the enquiry rather than added later as an extra request.
This version is built against the confirmed order, with the operator compartment prepared as part of the finished machine.

Inside the Cab
The photos on this page were taken inside an actual completed 12 Ton Air Conditioned Forklift.
The driver's position is fairly straightforward. The instrument cluster is in front of the steering wheel, while the hydraulic levers are grouped to the side. The cab has separate pedals and a floor mat covering the working area.
The seat comes with a safety belt and is mounted on its own suspension base. A fan is installed behind the driver. The radio sits slightly behind and above the driver's position rather than across the front of the cab.
Mirrors, windshield wipers and cab lighting are also fitted.
We have left the protective wrapping on several parts in these photos because the machine had not yet been handed over. The pictures show the cab as it looked at the factory, not a separate display interior.
How We Handle the Cab on an Order
We purchase the cab assembly and install it during final machine assembly. Normally, the engine, transmission and other main components are already in place before the cab goes onto the truck.
Most orders use a unit sourced for that machine. If a buyer has a preferred brand, they can send us the product information and the supplier's contact details. We can speak with the supplier's technical side and check whether the unit can be matched before confirming it for production.
After installation, our inspector runs the air conditioner and checks whether it cools normally. Cab lighting and the horn are checked at the same stage.
Shipping is another practical point. A 12-ton cabin model normally goes into one 40HQ. The cab, mast, fork carriage and forks are removed before loading and travel in the same container with the truck.

The air conditioner does not have one fixed brand. If you have a preferred supplier, send us the brand information, product photos and the supplier's contact details. We can communicate with their technical team and check whether the unit can be matched with the forklift before the order configuration is confirmed.
