Product Details
The 12 ton forklift truck is the regular CPCD120 in our diesel range. This is the conventional fork-handling version of the machine, without changing the truck around a dedicated attachment or a restricted-clearance application.
At this capacity, not every project needs to become a special-purpose build. If the load can be handled with a normal fork truck and there is no unusual restriction around the working area, the CPCD120 provides the basic machine we work from.
The truck shown here is a completed open-operator version. It keeps the normal heavy forklift form rather than adding equipment simply to make the specification longer. Any project-specific changes are considered separately when the actual job requires them.

Details on the Finished Machine
The side view of the completed 12 ton forklift truck shows quite a lot that is easy to miss in catalogue pictures. The rear body is formed by large smooth panels around the counterweight section, while the front half of the chassis remains open around the mast and working end.
Black panels are fitted around the operator area, including a separate side access panel. The overhead structure, mast and carriage are also finished separately from the main body, so the chassis, working end and operator section are easy to distinguish when looking at the actual truck.
Two vertical stacks can be seen behind the driver's position on this machine. The body panels sit low around them rather than enclosing the whole operator area inside a cabin.
These are simple construction details, but they make the finished CPCD120 look quite different from a specification drawing.
Inside the Driver's Area
The close-up footage gives a better look at the actual working position on this 12 ton forklift truck.
The seat is fitted with a seat belt. In front of it are the steering column, ignition switch and three floor pedals. The floor area uses a wide rubber-covered platform, with open guard rails along the side rather than a closed door.
The controls are arranged close to the operator rather than spread across a large dashboard. From the seat, the mast remains directly ahead, while the hydraulic operating levers sit beside the driving position.
This is the part of the truck that is usually difficult to judge from a standard side photograph, so we kept the close-up in the walk-around video rather than trying to explain it only with catalogue drawings.
