The 3 Ton Forklift is a CPC(D)30 sit-on diesel counterbalance truck fitted in this specification with a Quanchai V29-50V42 engine. The engine produces 36.8 kW at 2,500 rpm, and the machine follows a conventional seated-driver arrangement with an overhead guard and front-mounted fork carriage.
This version has its own chassis dimensions and operating specifications, which should not be assumed to match every other CPC(D)30 configuration. Two Transmission Arrangements
The CPC(D)30 specification lists two gearbox arrangements: a 1-forward/1-reverse power-shift transmission and a 2-forward/2-reverse manual transmission.
They are separate configurations.
With the power-shift version, the operator uses the transmission controls provided for that arrangement. The manual version has a different gear-selection setup, with two forward gears and two reverse gears.
For the 3 Ton Forklift, the transmission choice is best settled before production. A customer replacing an older machine may already have a preferred operating arrangement, particularly where several drivers are accustomed to the same type of gearbox.
The selected version should appear clearly in the final order specification. The two arrangements should not be presented as though both are installed on one truck.
What the Standard Mast Actually Provides
The standard mast reaches a lifting height of 3,000 mm. With the forks lowered, the mast height is 2,120 mm, while the overhead guard stands at 2,160 mm.
There is another figure in this specification that deserves attention: 30 mm of free lift.
That is very little independent fork movement before the mast begins extending. For work beneath a low ceiling, inside a vehicle or anywhere with restricted overhead space, the standard mast should not be mistaken for a full-free-lift arrangement.
The mast also has a listed maximum raised height of 4,220 mm.
These dimensions describe the standard configuration shown in the technical sheet. A different mast requirement should be identified separately rather than assumed to be included.

Q1. Does The Quanchai Engine Meet Overseas Emission Requirements?
The supplied specification identifies the Quanchai V29-50V42 as a China IV diesel engine. This does not by itself establish compliance with EU Stage V, US EPA or another destination-specific emission standard. The requirements of the intended importing and operating market should be confirmed before the engine configuration is finalized.

The technical sheet lists an outside fork-spacing range of 244–1,060 mm. This indicates the available spacing dimensions for the specified fork arrangement; it does not establish that hydraulic fork positioning is included. Q3. How Are The Service And Parking Brakes Operated?
The CPC(D)30 uses a hydraulic pedal-operated service brake and a mechanically operated parking brake with a hand lever. These are separate controls: the foot pedal is used for service braking, while the hand lever is used to apply the parking brake when the truck is stationary.
