Operating a diesel forklift requires professional training, with a focus on mastering the starting, driving, loading/unloading, and parking procedures. Before starting, check the fuel, hydraulic fluid, and tire condition; maintain a low speed while driving and avoid sharp turns; when loading and unloading, the forks must be fully inserted under the pallet, and the load should be raised and lowered slowly to prevent slippage.

For safety, seat belts must be worn, overloading or uneven loading is prohibited, and critical components such as brakes and steering must be regularly maintained. Furthermore, diesel forklifts are best suited for well-ventilated environments; for indoor operations, ensure proper ventilation.
